The Red Gum Market
SATURDAY 18th APRIL 2026 10am-4pm
- All vendors selling produce such as crafts, gifts, clothes, plants, honey, preserves, olives etc will be located at the Red Gum Market, situated central to our festival alongside food and beverage vendors and close to the Red Gum Stage from 10am and 4pm.
- Red Gum Furniture vendors will be located under cover at the Cavendish Primary School sports Stadium or another suitable location
- A cost of $60 per site, site fees are non-refundable.
- In the event of inclement weather, the market will still go ahead and an alternative indoor venue will be organised.
- Please note this is not an application for selling food (as a food vendor) other than farm and local produce.
- You will be allocated a specific site number and there will be no changes to this on the day unless weather is a factor.
- Your site will not be issued until your application has been accepted and payment made.
- * IMPORTANT: We require vendors to be in place and set up with vehicles moved out of the market area by 10am and to stay until 4pm when stalls can be packed up.
Stallholder Application Information
This IS NOT an application for a food vendor.
Vendors please note: you must supply your own marquee. There will be no marquee in the market area supplied by the festival. Marquees must meet Australian Standards and be weighted and tied down with ropes (not pegged).
Stall Selection & Advertising
Please provide, if possible, the following which may be used on our social media and website and general advertising.
• Logo/artwork
• product images
• a photo of vour stall setup

Please note: There are a limited number of stall sites available and we endeavour to have as much variety as possible while keeping with our theme. Your application will be considered alongside others and you will receive confirmation asap if successful.
Sites and Vendor Fees
Market vendor sites are 3m x3m
The fee is $60 per site – payment details will be provided to you once your application is confirmed
*additional fees will apply if more space or power required.
Please note: Environmental displays and educational stalls will not be charged a site fee.
Applications must be received by Saturday 21st March 2026.
Successful applicants will be notified by email asap.
PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION IF YOU ARE A FOOD VENDOR
The exception is if you’re selling fresh produce as a market stall.
